Cheese 起司肉腸

CHEZ BIX使用歐式天然風味起司，帶有著堅果味及奶油質地，少部分起司切丁並將大部分的起司刨絲融入肉腸中。本款起司肉腸還帶有著天然煙燻味。

選用CAS優良肉廠的台灣生鮮豬肉並手工剃除筋膜，再將肉絞碎製作而成。使用ISO認證工廠提供的『天然腸衣』，無添加物、糖、麵包粉，不含防腐劑、亞硝酸鹽，黏著劑與化工調味劑，

CHEZ BIX uses natural cheese from Europe. It has nutty and creamy texture. We keep some in cube and grate most of the cheese into the sausages. It also has a natural smoky flavor.

Using fresh pork from CAS meat factory. Trim to take off the silver skin from meat before we mince it. Stuffing with natural casing from ISO supplier. No additives, sugar free and no bread crumbs added. Without preservatives, nitrates, phosphate and other flavoring agents.
